Briefing on Preparation for the 2024 Framework Sample Area (KSA) and Ubinan Survey

In order to implement the Rice Tiles Survey based on Area Sample Frame (KSA) using CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) via the Fasih Application, BPS Serdang Bedagai Regency held a briefing for field officers.

The briefing was held on Monday, January 15 2024 (wave I) and Tuesday, January 16 2024 (wave II) at the BPS Serdang Bedagai Regency Office. Briefing participants included Field Supervisory Officers (PML) and Field Data Collection Officers (PPL).

What is a Tile Survey???

The tiling survey is one of BPS's routine activities carried out to collect data on the productivity of food crops, especially rice commodities.

This survey was carried out at the same time as harvest time by farmers. The hope is that this briefing will be a medium for refreshing material and the use of the Fasih application as well as a place for discussion regarding the obstacles experienced by officers in the previous survey. In this way, officers can produce quality data.
