The area of ​​Silinda Subdistrict is 230.15 Km2 where the north is bounded by Deli Serdang regency, the south is bounded by Kotarih District, the east is bounded by Simalungun Regency and the west is bordered by Deli Serdang Regency. Silinda District consists of 9 villages and 33 sls or hamlets, Silinda District also has 4 rivers where of the four rivers, the crocodile river is the longest river.
