Employment data collected by BPS through census and surveys include: Population Census (SP), Intercensal Population Survey (SUPAS), National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) and National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS). From these surveys, only Sakernas are specially designed to collect data that can describe the general state of labor between enumeration periods. Employment data collection is one of the main activities of the Central Bureau of Statistics.
